Display and charging requirements
- This hub is Anker model A8383. HDMI output at 4K and 60Hz requires a host USB-C connection with DisplayPort 1.4 support and a display connection that supports the intended mode.
- The hub’s USB-C sockets do not provide video output. Use its HDMI port for a display.
- Up to 85W passthrough charging to the host requires a suitable 100W USB-C PD charger and a 100W-capable cable, sold separately. The 100W input rating is distinct from the power passed to the computer.

Check your exact computer
An individual Mac’s display modes and power needs still apply. The hub’s headline resolution does not establish that every USB-C computer can drive that mode.

Before you choose
- 4K at 60Hz requires a DP 1.4 host; hub USB-C sockets do not provide display output.
